Automated LPC Line for High-Performance Bearings
Bearing components require high surface hardness, fatigue resistance and dimensional stability. Low-pressure carburizing takes place in an oxygen-free vacuum, supporting uniform carbon diffusion without the intergranular oxidation associated with conventional atmosphere processing.
An automated line links process chambers and material handling so recipes can be repeated at production scale. The approach is well suited to automotive, aerospace and other bearing applications where reliability and limited post-processing are priorities.
